We are Solivez
A Swedish-Spanish couple with a love of good food and simple ingredients. Solivez is the merging of Spanish olive-oil craft, Nordic design, and a belief that genuinely good olive oil belongs on every kitchen counter.
From Jaén,
not just Spain.
Most olive oils stop at "Product of Spain". Solivez goes further. Our oil comes from Jaén - one region, one harvest, and an origin you can trace all the way back to the grove. That's what we call single-origin.

More olive trees
than any place on earth.
Jaén in southern Andalucía is the world's leading olive oil region. Around 65 million olive trees grow here, and the province alone accounts for a significant share of global olive oil production.

One variety:
Picual.
Picual is the dominant olive in Jaén, named for the small pointed tip on each fruit. It produces a robust, high-polyphenol oil that has a peppery punch in early harvest and a nutty smoothness in late harvest.
Picual is known for its natural stability under heat, which makes it well suited to everyday cooking. That's why both our For Finishing and For Cooking come from the same olive variety - the difference is in when the olives are harvested.
No blending.
No "product of EU".
Many olive oils are blends of oils from different regions, harvests, and sometimes different countries. The label usually only shows the final origin. Solivez comes from a single origin - with full traceability from grove to bottle.
One olive variety. One region. One harvest. Solivez comes from the same groves, picked in the same season, carrying its origin all the way to the bottle.
From tree to bottle to you.

01
Harvest
Same olive variety, two harvests. Olives picked early in October become our bold For Finishing. Olives left to ripen longer on the tree and picked in January become our smoother For Cooking.

02
To the mill within hours
Olives go from grove to mill within hours, not days. The moment the fruit is picked, flavour starts to fade - every hour of delay costs the oil.
-
03
Cold-pressed
Pressed mechanically below 27°C. No heat, no solvents, no chemicals. The oil that comes out is what you taste in the bottle.

04
Filtered & bottled
Multiple filtration stages, including natural sedimentation, leave the oil clean, clear, and stable. The oil is then filled into light-blocking PET bottles that protect the contents and preserve their natural character.
