Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden. Within Sweden, delivery normally takes 1-4 business days from the time your order has shipped.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within Sweden: 59 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK. Prices include VAT.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your delivery is significantly delayed or the package hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@solivez.se and we'll help.

Damaged deliveries

Inspect your package on receipt. If the contents are damaged, photograph them and notify us straight away at hello@solivez.se so we can deal with the case.

Incorrect address

You're responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost of re-delivery.
