Refund policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Here are our rules for returns, cancellations, and unclaimed packages.

Food (our olive oils)

Olive oil is a food product. For hygiene and health reasons, food products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. We therefore don't accept returns or exchanges on our olive oils.

Cancellation before shipping

Changed your mind and the order hasn't shipped yet? Get in touch at hello@solivez.se as soon as possible, and we'll cancel your order and refund the full amount.

Defective or damaged goods

If your delivery is damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us at hello@solivez.se straight away on receipt. Please send photos and we'll sort it out quickly: replacement, credit, or refund, whichever you prefer.

Unclaimed packages

If your package is sent to a pickup point and isn't collected in time, it'll come back to us. We then charge 100 SEK for handling and return shipping. The amount is deducted from any refund.

Refunds

We process approved refunds within 10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase. Banks can sometimes take a few extra days to post the amount. If you haven't seen the refund after 15 business days, get in touch at hello@solivez.se.

All returns start with an email to hello@solivez.se. Returns sent without prior agreement won't be accepted. The return address is provided when the return is approved.
