Single-origin Picual from Jaén in southern Spain. Made from the same olive variety as our For Finishing, but picked later when the olives have reached full ripeness. The result is a softer flavour profile and an oil that's well suited to cooking. We never blend.

Smooth and rounded, with notes of ripe olive, oregano, and a hint of nutty almond. A gentle pepper warmth on the finish.

Made for everyday cooking. Fry, roast, bake or grill with an oil that pairs a mellow flavour with the natural stability Picual is known for.
