The green-label For Finishing is intense, green, grassy, and peppery - made for salads, dressings, dipping bread, and the final touch on the plate. The red-label For Cooking is smoother, rounder, and heat-stable - made for frying, sautéing, and everyday cooking.
One olive variety. Two harvests. A complete kitchen.
